Soaring well above any other amplifier in its peer group is the Eagle. A 12AX7 and a 12AT7 preamp deliver some of the most fabulous clean and drive that has ever been released. Reminds one of strings of steel. A lush mid-range rides atop a low-end punch that can be felt all the way in the back row. Articulate high frequency response is smooth and exacting-never leaves the ears fatigued or “ice-picked”. The tone is delivered via two 6L6GC’s delivering around 35 watts sorted out by a 5AR4 rectifier. Front panel controls are Gain, Hot/Smooth switch (foot switchable). Treble, Mids, Bass and Master Volume. On the rear panel, effects loop level, 4/8/16-ohm outputs, and foot switch jack for the EQ.
The Eagle is available in a 1×12 combo or stand-alone amplifier head. The Combo is equipped with an Eminence Legend GB128 speaker.
