This Privacy Policy describes how Tonkraf ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Phoenix app and its Audio Unit extension (the "App").
Information We Collect
When you activate a Phoenix license, the App sends the following information to our license server:
Device identifier: A non-personal identifier generated by your device, used to associate your license with the specific devices it's activated on.
License key: The license key you enter to unlock the App.
We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
How We Use This Information
We use the device identifier and license key solely to:
Verify that a license is valid
Enforce the number of devices a license may be activated on
Allow you to deactivate a license from a device (freeing it up to activate on another)
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third party. It is used exclusively by our own license server to operate the App's licensing system.
Data Retention
Device identifiers and license activation records are retained for as long as your license remains active, so that we can continue to validate and manage your activations.
Your Choices
You can deactivate a device from your license at any time through the App's settings, which removes that device's identifier from our records.
